Simon Dickens is a partner in the London office of Latham & Watkins practising principally in the Project Finance and Development practice group. He is also a member of the firm’s Africa, India, Oil & Gas, Energy and Islamic Finance practice groups.Mr. Dickens has represented developers, lenders and governmental entities in oil and gas, LNG, petrochemical, fertiliser, power generation, solar power and other commodity-based projects, with significant experience in structuring and documenting the commercial arrangements amongst the parties to the transactions as well as structuring debt, equity and security arrangements and documenting sophisticated finance transactions.
