I then established a team of installation project managers, web consultants, trainers and developers. When I took overall responsibility for all of Glass’s eCommerce products the Virtual Showroom suite was worth £2.5 million in revenue, annually. I then held overall strategic and profit responsibility for all eCommerce and New Media Products. I negotiated contracts with all business partners as well as carrying out project management of all client requirements including creation of business requirements and functional specifications.
