Client: UK Defence Client, Jan 2018 – May 2019: Jan 2018 – May 2019: I was the System Integration (SI) Manager within a UK defence client and was responsible for providing leadership to the delivery team and the provision of Programme Office support. Client: BAE Systems, Oct 2011 – Dec 2017Feb 2016 – Dec 2018: I was the Program Lead to deliver the next generation technologies and services needed to realise the savings for the fifth generation of outsourcing. Jun 2015 – Jan 2016: I was the Programme Executive with senior accountability for the total portfolio of projects.Jun 2014 – May 2015: I was the Sector Governance Officer to implement a rigorous set of governance controls to identify and escalate problem areas to reduce the risk of surprise. Jan 2013 - Jun 2014: I implemented the Dynamic Desktop roll out, management and support with Citrix to the client significantly reducing the desktop workload.October 2011 - April 2013: I led and completed the programme to deliver the technology models needed to implement the services necessary for the fourth generation of outsourcing. Client: NHS, Oct 2010 – Sep 2011: I directed the Lorenzo Deployment Managers to define and deliver acceptance criteria and project plans resulting in the unblocking of significant payment milestones. Client: Public Sector client, Apr 2010 – Sep 2010: I produced the delivery documentation to the Client’s specification for the £40m Apps Programme, enabling the Bid Team to be down-selected to the final two for the overall £500 million IT services contractClient: Identity & Passport Service, Apr 2009 – March 2010: I set up and led the Account Programme Office to govern and assure the Programme. Client: NHS, Nov 2006 – March 2009: I designed, developed & executed the Planning Strategy and Team to deliver plans across the entire programme in the UK and India.Client: Ford Motor Company, Nov 2006: I created the plan and legal agreement for the successful £1m bid.
