Solution Architect aligned to Insurance and Tesco Compare (price comparison site).Produced a technical roadmap for Tesco Compare assessing the current capability with a sequenced roadmap of improvements to align towards the business strategyWorked closely with the business, project manager and analysts in a number of projects, ranging from Real Time Fraud detection and multi-channel Next Best Action decisioning to a large and complex Data Design for migration of core Insurance platform.My highlight was being shortlisted for "Unsung Insurance IT Employee of the year" at the Data, Analytics & Technology awards for Insurance 2015. The stand-out for me was the time and effort taken by my colleagues and managers to submit me into the process. It was a great surprise being told of my nomination and entry into the final round but the biggest take-away for me is just how much it said about the team around me.
