Freelance working for various main contractors on internal fit-outs, including site management and project management of retail developments. Works included Health and Safety manuals, Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) Construction Phase Plans (CPP), Programmes of Works (PoWs), surveys for tenders, and implementing site safety procedures.

Interface between clients, manufacturing, architects and designers. Managing fit-outs for financial, retail, education, institutional and commercial clients, as well as government bodies. Ensuring resources were present when required. Resources included:• Human resources – Site labour, sub-contractors, client liaison meetings• Documentation - Construction Phase Planning, Health and Safety Documentation, Risk Assessments and Operation and Maintenance Manuals• Materials, overseeing of manufacturing and ensuring site delivery schedule was adhered to• Project management – onsite surveying, estimating, cost-control, procurement, scheduling, planning and logistics, often within Framework Agreements and always ensuring adhesion to industry regulations• Performance management against Key Performance Indicators
