Working in a customer service position, greeting customers, taking orders, restocking/inventory, store sanitation, making drink orders, maintaining all coffee/tea/espresso stations.

Hired as a catering server for events throughout the Manhattan/Brooklyn area. Displayed customer service skills, knowledge of food safety, knowledge of a rotating menu/ingredients. Responsible for passing hors d'oeuvres and cocktails, assisting with event setup/breakdown.

Joined the New York office as a booking intern during the summer of 2023. Responsible for managing show metrics, updating ticket links and websites. Reaching out to artists and onboarding them onto the platform. Booking shows, putting together bills and working the door shifts checking tickets.

Started as a food runner/busser, gained responsibility for kitchen expo/takeout. Promoted the following year to server/bartender during the summer of 2022. In charge of inventory/stocking the bar, taking customer food and drink orders, pouring drinks, making cocktails.

Worked as an audio engineer with the responsibility of editing, and uploading weekly podcast episodes. Received raw audio to edit, mix, and add music to for final episode cuts. Managed 3 total podcasts to edit and upload to streaming platforms and RSS feeds.

Participated as a youth mentor in the Ground Up Music Program. Teaching youth in the program how to play instruments, record and produce in a DAW, and prepare for a showcase performance.
