Prior to joining PwC, Simon had over 17 years of financial and accounting function experience (including over 10 years in managerial positions) with both Fortune 500 multinational corporations (Johnson & Johnson, Gillette) and venture backed Chinese businesses. Simon served as Financial Controller of Linktone, a pioneering Chinese mobile content company, and was involved with the company's growth from its early stage through its IPO on NASDAQ. In another telecommunication company, Simon led finance teams representing 17 legal entities in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangdong, and helped the company successfully acquired and managed two new businesses. In PwC, Simon focuses on providing practical solutions to deal related clients to improve the financial function effectiveness in the companies they acquired. Simon has strong capability to work with the finance departments of fast growing Chinese company and helped several large private companies in improving financial analysis, management reporting, cost accounting, and budgeting.Simon graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University with bachelor's degree in Industrial Management Engineering. He also earned Masters in Business Administration at University of Sunshine Coast, Australia. Simon is a Certified Public Accountant in China.
