- Project management for Ingredients division.- Development of new ingredients or processes for the various dairy applications produced internally (cheese, cream, ultra-fresh, etc.) and industrial customers externally. I.e. ingredient with high degree of purity, with specific functionality, etc.- Support to other divisions regarding process & ingredients use.

Continuous improvement & management of industrial performance in the Fresh Cheese / Fresh Processed + Boursin Rolls sector- Monitoring workshop productivity- Mapping of material losses and reduction plan- Support for innovation / renovation projects & performance improvement of the lines concerned

Responsible for the industrialization of new products & processes:- Management of industrial development projects (monitoring timing, costs, impacts, etc.)- Formulation & Renovation of formulas (e.g. lower MG, removal of additives, etc.); process optimization- Planning of industrial tests- Management of the teams concerned- Collection and interpretation of results, technical recommendations- Qualification of equipment and products- Development of protocols, reports, quality files, technical launch files, etc.- Approval of new suppliers and/or raw materials- Updating training materials (production) and control plans (quality)- Coordination between services impacted by product/process changes: production, quality, logistics, purchasing, safety, environment, etc.

Industrialization of new products developed by R&D in the Fresh Cheese category (Boursin & Kiri among other brands) :- Organization and management of industrial trials- Qualification of equipment and products- Coordination between R&D and production- Development of protocols, reports, quality files, technical launch files, etc.- Documentary update

Contribution in marketing projects for the KIRI brand :- Monthly analysis of brand performance by country and SKU- Market monitoring via panelists- Contribution to the development of the brand's CSR & social responsibility policy (RSM)- Support local subsidiaries on product development projects- Coordination between R&D and factories on current subjects

Contribution to flavor & fragrance development projects for the Snacks category in Europe - Africa - Middle East. Part of the Flavor & Nutrition division of Symrise- Participation in product innovation projects with technical teams- Response to customers (Pepsico, Intersnack, Kellogg's, etc.) briefs- Development of adapted offers- Analysis of market trends (via panelists)
