I led a scrum team of seven developers and testers on an eight month greenfield project. Joining Team Netsol as a graduate, within three years I had become the lead developer of the flagship product suite. I also took on the role of development manager, ensuring that a team of 15 developers had a constant and appropriate work stream.I specialised in enterprise Java web development with some Scala mixed in.

During the internship, I worked on enterprise level web applications for the first time, programming in the latest Microsoft technologies including ASP.NET MVC, C#, NHibernate and MSSQL.
