As a senior leader in Financial Services and Asset Management profession I have been fortunate to work for some of the leading organisations on a varied range of projects and propositions. More recently I have authored 'State of Play', a leading weekly client and adviser update. Most of my senior roles have been in the design and launch of new propositions and adviser development. A regular speaker on webcasts, training seminars and industry events, I have had the opportunity to translate the story on a wide range of topics. At the heart of my motivation is always looking to translate the complex into a simple narrative. I have been a member of investment committees, product governance forums, and proposition development groups always with the aim to put the 'client' and good outcomes at the heart of the eventual destination. After several successful product and proposition launches, I fully understand both the importance of target market and competitor knowledge. Ultimately our business is about people. Influencing, mentoring, developing, and helping others to be the best of themselves has always been my sole goal. This passion to share in others success is both infectious and powerful. Nothing is impossible with the right team of people working together, collaborating, supporting and sharing both the challenge and rewards.
