•Producing outstanding external verification and performance reports for centres, providing supportive and developmental feedback which enables centres to improve and maintain their quality and compliance practices. •Addressing any issues and concerns regarding malpractice or maladministration.•Contribute to the development and production of qualifications and assessments for awarding organisations through writing and reviewing.•Working to strict deadlines when writing and reviewing exams, and assessments and ensuring compliance with Ofqual and awarding organisation confidentiality and compliance measures•Maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate the changing curriculum, specification amendments and Ofqual requirements and ensure effectiveness and efficiency in my teams and centres.•Successfully meeting service level agreements and meeting my KPI’s. I have an outstanding eye for detail, and work efficiently, under pressure and manage my workload. •Working with a range of awarding organisations, I am able to adapt to their ‘house’ style and requirements as well as being able to utilise their IT systems.•I demonstrate outstanding communication skills to be able to communicate with a wide range of centres in the UK and abroad.
