Initially, undertook the Full Project Lifecycle to implement the Oracle Retail modules ORMS (Merchandise) and ORPM (Price Management) into the Trading function for the foundation data set-up of Items and the creation and maintenance of Retail & Cost Prices, Retail Promotions, and Supplier Deals. Responsible for £6.25 million of the overall £10 million programme budget, and a flexed team of between 20 and 80 FTE's depending upon the phase, working both on-site and offshore, all delivering on-time and to budget in June 2010.Following on, Programme Managed a multi-project release of work (responsible for £11.5 million of total £15 million budget) working with the Trading, Retail, and Finance functions within Morrisons. The goal of the programme was to provide the ability to set different prices and promotions by Store. This involved integrating Oracle Retail with Morrisons new Retalix Storeline POS system, implementing the Oracle ReSA (Sales Audit) module, and processing legacy inventory transactions through Oracle Retail Stock Ledger and ReIM (Invoice Matching) module to Oracle Enterprise Business Suite modules GL, AP, & AR, with all data and information being made available within an Oracle Enterprise Data Warehouse.
