ICT Technician / Database Administrator:• Level 1-3 support for Windows and Macintosh user workstations.• Level 1-3 support of CNC workstations.• Level 1-3 support of public “kiosk” workstations.• Database creation, and administration of Filemaker database network.• Hosting/sharing Filemaker databases via Server, and using PHP/ODBC.• License, installation, and subscription support for office/2D/3D software.• Outsourcing ICT services, contracts, and support when required.• Supporting company back-ups to servers, and NAS devices.• Network admin, including physical wiring of network, points, and switches.• Printer support for standard office, and duplex machines.Other Duties/Responsibilities:• Sourcing digital signage and electronics for projects from UK and overseas.• Android based audio/visual technologies, sourcing, and installation. Including app/software.• Manipulation, and originating of digital media (audio,visual and app based) content.• Physical system / Procedural improvements and application. Implementing improvements to staff, department and company practices and procedure, normally coordinated or complemented by database solution(s) or quality management system(s).• Application development for Windows (VB) and Mac (Obj-C). Some use of PHP and HTML languages.• Managing mass production of DVD media projects.• Time management (self), negotiating work load, duties, and deadlines with direct interaction with company staff on all levels of the business, including directors, sales, project managers, 3D developers, designers, production departments, and CNC team.• Reporting. KPI's and other reporting.• Researching and developing technologies for innovation.
