I have experience in both the UK and the Middle East, Africa, South/South East Asia, and Australia/New Zealand region in medical sales, specifically focused on advanced wound care. I began my career in our UK sales team and worked up to a senior territory business manager. Whilst in the role I achieved >100% of my sales target for 10 consecutive quarters and grew my business by over 300% in 2.5 years. In 2019 I relocated to the Middle East and moved into an International Business Development role. In 2020, I was responsible for setting up a regional Middle East office in the United Arab Emirates, Flen Health UAE. Today, I am the link between Flen Health and over 15 countries across the Middle East, South Asia, Africa, and Australia/New Zealand. My daily focus now is to assist in growing our current business alongside our distribution partners, working on; in-market business development, GTM strategy, market analysis, price positioning, and product training for all of our local sales teams. This has allowed me to achieve continuous yearly double-digit sales growth for the region since 2019.I also focus on expanding our export business further into new markets. Presently, this has led to me generating 12 new business countries for our export department, helping to generate >50% growth of the region in total since 2019.
