With a solid foundation in building services consulting, my journey has led me to Ridge and Partners LLP as a Partner – Building Services, based in the Reading Office, but covering projects across London and the South East where I continue to champion the design of low environmental impact buildingsMy experience as Project Director spans the Education, Higher Education, Science, Healthcare, Residential and Commercial sectors and in both new build and existing buildings.Previously, as Senior Director at Introba UK (Elementa), my focus was on refining our service delivery, ensuring technical excellence, and fostering a culture of proactive communication. I believe that project success hinges on combining logical thinking with effective communication. I strive to provide an approachable and proactive level of service. I'm particularly interested in designing buildings that minimize their environmental impact and their interaction with occupants This focus on performance in use allows us to close the feedback loop and continuously improve the sustainability of our designs.
