About Simon Eccles

After more than two decades as a professional services advisor and owner, I have taken those skills and knowledge into the commercial world for 12 months. I am excited to now bring that commercial experience back in an advisory role to help clients work on business improvement and profitability in addition to tax, compliance and other business advisory services. My financial industry career originally began with Waters Dace Partners, where I made partner at the age of just 27. I played an instrumental part in the Ashfords merger and added significant value in managing the process, which was an excellent strategic move for two professional services businesses.After exiting Ashfords I spent 12 months in a number of contract roles working with businesses in commercial roles. A move back to private client advisory, to share those learnings and experiences with small and medium businesses is exciting one. I am looking forward to working as a trusted advisor to work alongside clients in their businesses.With excellent technical and problem-solving skills and now commercial experience, I am uniquely placed to offer strategic and practical advice to SME owners.
