I work below the general hotel manager to help complete tasks and goals. My responsibilities are stock takes, bar pricing, till system updates, cellar stock rotation, and I have recently started running weekly weddings. I manage a small team on an evening during a wedding ensuring all aspects of the day to day duties are being completed. As well as running weddings I also have great knowledge within the bar and restaurant.

I worked part and full time during my education years. I was responsible for the up keep and welfare of all the animals and the tools I used. I would work in all weather conditions to get the job done. I would work long shifts to help with bailing and building construction.
