Profile bio

About Simon Edwards

I've been described as a "Promethean creative" - one who challenges existing paradigms and norms. I design and create truly immersive experiences and games, particularly those dedicated to personal transformation and learning.I combine deep creative design experience from the escape room industry, large interactive and immersive art and events for Burning Man, IT technology & systems and have a genuine passion for bringing this expertise to disrupt the experiential Learning & Development industry as well as the entertainment and leisure sectors.I see problems that most would define as impossible as challenges to relish. I consistently deliver new ideas that blend diverse elements that not only attract and hold attention but give others fun, memorable, pulse-racing, challenging and even transformative experiences.People often ask to see videos of some of the various creative things I've done over the years, so adding a few here that are most commonly requested/viewed."HOPE" at Burning Man 2014. Possibly the thing I'm most proud of. https://youtu.be/BGxWj48XVCgWhere art meets transformative experiences - this seems to be the world's largest puzzle cube and required a team to collaborate to stand any chance of completing it: https://youtu.be/CvTSTmomzngTour of one of my properties that is entirely muralled: https://youtu.be/NSw23WkjcxAThe most popular of my lipsync music videos (although not my favourite!): https://youtu.be/t-8rvk40qssOne of many giant mazes I've built at Burning Man events: https://youtu.be/otHyjxz2W8UIf you like those, explore my rather eclectic YouTube channel of many more: http://youtube.com/@cheesesimon
