My main duties included the following:-preparing pre-departure materials for incoming US students registered with API-liaising with UCC's International Education Office regarding the registration and attendance of these students at UCC-delivering a detailed orientation and safety protocols programme for US students upon arrival at UCC -ensuring that students register with the Garda National Immigration Bureau-organising cultural events and excursions to sites both in Ireland and abroad-providing ongoing logistical, administrative, and pastoral support for students throughout the programme-keeping detailed accounts of monthly expenditure for costs incurred on excursions-responding to student emergencies in a timely and appropriate manner-procuring suitable housing for API students prior to their arrival in Ireland.
