-Support the sales team through preparing formal quotation and pricing information on anaccurate and timely basis using SAP and relevant tools.-Accountable for ensuring the correct and timely booking of received orders in SAP and servesas a liaison between Finance, Sales, Projects, Factory, Forwarders and Operations, I facilitatesmooth communication and collaboration throughout the order booking process.-Review and prepare forecast reports (billing and incoming orders) to management on weeklyand monthly basis.-Confirmation of Purchase Orders with Factories, Suppliers and updating of delivery terms;Ensure PO are delivered on time and expedite overdue POs with suppliers.-Liaison with freight forwarding companies and logistics department for collection of shipment,freight, and delivery to respective sites.-Manage the e-auctions for Africa and Middle East.-Triggers specific contract requirements for letter of credits and bank guarantees and arrangesfor bank guarantees accordingly.-Responsible for configuration of the agreed billing plans under agreed milestones.-Responsible for regular and accurate forecasting of costs and risks throughout the order till it'scompletion and in coordination with all concerned parties. -Coordinates with concerned factoryand all key stakeholders during the order lifecycle (after order booking) and ensure timelyresponse to distributors queries and responsible for the profitability of the order i.e., costmanagement throughout the order lifecycle.-Analyze the shipping import/export documents (CI, PL, COO, SABER) and proceedshipments accordingly.
