I have specialized in psychological and behavioral aspects of well-being, environmental sustainability and regenerative living. How to create motivation, engagement and behavior change in oneself and others? Often in relation to environmentally sustainable and regenerative well-being. And in relation to Inner Developmental Goals and excellence of being and thriving. I have a PhD in sustainability psychology and environmentally sustainable well-being. I am also MSc Psych/Cand.
