Do trouble shooting, problem solving and identify root causes in the course of investigating non-conformities originated from suppliers, operations, internal/external audits and customer/consumer complaints.2. Ensure compliance to operational pre-requisite programs.3. Quality Control Points and Critical Control Points as defined in Quality and Food Safety Integrated Management Systems.4. Execute continuous improvement project initiatives for cost saving and waste reduction across Supply Chain.5. Lead Performance Management Excellence routines and visual management to engage and motivate employees. 6. Identify training needs, draft training plans and conduct on-the-job lab training activities/refresher training session for inspectors and supervisors as and when required.
