I head up the Mobile Device Management arm to our business. Responsibilities include:• Managing and training our MDM team to ensure knowledge is kept to our industry best standard• Lead consultations with prospective clients to ensure they get/are getting the most out of their MDM solution• Managing/overseeing all MDM deployments, to guarantee our customers receive a seamless service from us• Manage the ongoing support of all clients, where we act as a 24/7 helpdesk to them and their business • Promote the full service wrap of Data Consulting Services and offering additional services and products to our base

My role as National Account Manager is to develop, promote and sell Data Select’s Platinum Club proposition to the UK independent Reseller channel. Managing mainly our B2B customers, I aim to professionally manage existing dealer accounts, whilst indentifying, targeting and maximising marketing opportunities. To professionally promote the products, services and image of Data Select to the industry.

Key achievements: Successfully promoted the Samsung Business brand and enterprise solution to all of Data Selects B2B and Corporate customer base. Successfully Lead and hosed Data Selects Platinum Club [top 90] Customers at last four Platinum Club seminars. I have also gained incremental business across multiple accounts through successful negotiation in customer meetings and seminars. Responsibilities include:• Design and deliver all Samsung handset training to the entire Data Select B2B customer and consumer base• Report to Samsung training, B2B sales and marketing departments on a regular basis • Work with the marketing department to showcase the complete Samsung Business solution to all customers• Attend business customer meetings with sales account managers to promote Samsung devices and negotiate solutions to the end user• Create leads and incremental Samsung business across Data Selects B2B and consumer base• Promote the Data Select Platinum Club and generate additional members

Key Achievements: Successfully managed the relationship between Samsung and the entire O2 Retail Guru Estate. Created, launched and enhanced a number of Training Programmes to develop the O2 Guru’s with both device and technical knowledge creating greater brand awareness on the shop floor. Successfully negotiated the first exclusive sponsorship of an O2 Guru Forum on two occasions, of which I was project lead and delivered to 400 delegates across 5 UK locations. Responsibilities include:• Plan all training programmes to enhance the Samsung Brand and knowledge • Create training materials for the O2 Gurus• Deliver all training for O2 Gurus, including Induction Training for new starters• Account management for all O2 Gurus • Head of communication to the entire O2 Guru estate• Event management• I own the training and development relationship with Data Select, a distributer that work closely with Samsung Mobile • In additional to this I have also recently taken on responsibility of the Vodafone account in regards to contact centre training and development

Award for Samsung Shouts, going above and beyond my job role.
