AVANTGARDE is a globally leading agency group for brand experiences and creative consulting./ Leading a business unit specialized on "technology-driven brand experiences" reporting directly to the management in the headquarter./ Managed various teams up to >10 FTEs, executing leadership tasks such as team management, supervision, development, performance and change management as well as budget and resource management./ Business development with the global entities of the agency group, e.g. international offices, specialized service providers for online marketing, performance marketing, retail marketing, consumer insights and trend research./ Managed a leading global premium automotive brand as key account for several years, responsible for the live-activation of sponsorship rights in motorsport: as part of a live experience campaign, a highly modular experience setup served as an interactive brand experience platform and toured all over Europe./ Acquired one of the leading Chinese luxury EV brands with a experience driven campaign for the brands market launch in Europe: successful management of the pitch process, implementation of a mobile pop-up concept and coordination of an interdisciplinary team of consulting, strategy, conception, design, architecture, content, digital, editorial, press relations, event and project management./ As part of a multi-stage tender process, won two global automotive brands for a digital event platform, which was created in-house and fully customized to clients needs during the pitch process./ Led the agency team for the activation of the music engagement of a leading telco brand: responsible for an online-experience-hub as well as the implementation of brand experiences, including live streams of renowned artists and raffles for lead generation, image building and customer loyalty./ Developed and implemented event guidelines for international trade fair and event appearances for an industry leader in intralogistics.
