Passionate marketeer and brand experience expert with work and leadership experience in cross-functional teams. I develop smart business solutions for the experience economy - often using or in the context of innovative technologies. I combine over 15 years in experience-oriented, innovation-driven marketing with a great passion for excellent communication and solid management knowledge with the pursuit of outstanding results. I am an expert in professional project management, but I am also comfortable in creative processes and know that neither is anything if there is no clean strategy underneath. That's why I use service design approaches, design thinking, experience engineering and UX principles to optimize journeys across all touchpoints, but also to develop business models or transform business processes. The quality of my work has been recognized with several prestigious industry awards. After a successful career in event, PR and advertising agencies, as well as leading the development of a digital start-up and most recently as Client Service Director of a leading brand experience agency, I decided to take a sabbatical to devote myself to private and sporting goals. 361/DRX was a multiple award-winning digital agency and an innovation hub of the global brand experience agency AVANTGARDE./ Successfully helped to build the start-up 316/DRX, specializing in augmented, mixed and virtual reality as well as Metaverse, NFT and Web3. / Leading interdisciplinary teams of up to 10 FTEs plus freelancers as well as recruitment and management of various partners for app and web development and sales./ Coordinated the product and business model development for an AR platform (SaaS), was successfully responsible for sales and marketing for the platform, whose customers included Volkswagen, Audi, Mazda, Viessmann, Emmi, Bayer Leverkusen and Borussia Dortmund./ Conceptualized and implemented the highly successful AR/MR application "Castles, Parks and Gardens" for the German National Tourist Board.
