• Work with Welding Foreman to ensure high quality Welds are produced and safe work proceedures are followed on Freight, Passenger and LRT railroads• Incharge of Dye Penetrating all in track welds and cutts • Inspect finished welds ensuring quality standards are met and submitted to Project Quality Managers/coordinators• Supervise non destructive weld testing and correct deficiencies • Cut in and remove plugs with Speedswing during Flashbutt Distressing Operations• Help inspect track after distressing operations prior to handing track back to RTC
