I was responsible for overseeing career development and play a major part in appraisal, meeting and reporting on all 80 staff in my area. I have been involved in the design of appraisal systems. I have good experience of managing performance and dealing with capability processes. I continue to sit on the promotion panel for my parent body, overseeing promotion of IT staff across and organisation of 2,500 people.
