• Daily Control for all Technical / Customer Call Centre activities to include quotations, tenders, sales order processing, technical advice, engineer call planning and complaints.• Responsible for the daily running of the repair workshop and VAS.• Operations management in a high volume 240,000 sq ft facility• Total management for UK/Ireland warranty returns, repairs and replacements• Global Distribution of Spares parts to customers & third party agents• Responsible for Procurement / Logistics of all spare parts, stock taking, pricing and identification of key components.• Office staff appraisals, morale, welfare, development, recruitment and training• Field Service Engineer Control, including supplier third party repair agents. • Contract Maintenance, sales, lead generation and preventive maintenance• Yearly departmental budgeting / KPI reporting and improvements.• Management of all warehouse administration functions in the Distribution Centre• Quality Control reporting, development and improvements. • Stream lead for 4 years on new ERP systems in UK/Europe. • Implementation of ISO procedures, refining them and supervising internal audits.• BCP planning and key member.• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems / Microsoft Office.
