I have accumulated extensive experience providing Human Resources support to leaders in the hospitality and support services sector - over 20 years experience for 2 industry leaders in that sector.The main portion of my career has been providing operational, generalist HR support to leaders. I commenced as an HR Adviser, before spending an extensive amount of time as an HR Business Partner providing operational and strategic support to a segment of the Compass group business with revenues exceeding $200 million per annum and an employee population of more than 1000. More recently I have been involved in the implementation of a central HR advisory team. This required an adjustment in the HR model from geographic support to a centralised support model. This central People Services Team provides an HR advisory service to a business of greater than $1 billion of revenue and an employee count of more than 8000. As the leader of the People Services Team, I have led the journey of that team from its inception through its continuing service delivery improvement and optimisation.
