I consistently updated our team systems to efficiently produce the work I sold, keeping our team morale high, managing deadlines with multiple deliverables, upholding relationships with previous clients, and updating our marketing content.

I trained incoming participants on personal branding, professional communication, sales, and marketing. I coached them as they completed self-guided professional projects and learned how to demonstrate value to potential employers.I placed these high-caliber individuals into apprenticeships at some of the fastest-growing startups in the nation. Praxis participants often don't have formal education, and they regularly earn full-time promotions within 6-12 months of starting the apprenticeship.I developed a placement process system to effectively match young talent with companies who are hungry for people with the ability to create real value.

Xplor Academy was an alternative to college that provided 1 on 1 coaching sessions and group masterminds for young people who wanted to start their own careers without relying on a college degree.This was an experiment. We launched the business via a cross-country college campus book tour. I planned and launched the tour, built a website, put on several events, got people to those events, managed a social media presence, maintained an email list, interviewed people, created content, and sold t-shirts and books.

I lead recruiting efforts at 6 colleges in Ohio and Kentucky. Our team recruited and hired 70+ students for a selective entrepreneurial program.I directly mentored 18 branch managers on hiring a team, management, sales, production, marketing, time management, organization, leadership and entrepreneurship. My team brought in $750,000 in annual revenue and had a $41,000 average branch size with 14% profitability.

I recruited, interviewed and hired over 10 high-caliber students for a selective entrepreneurial program. I trained 60+ entrepreneurs in Ohio and Kentucky on sales, marketing, painting, management, leadership, time management, and entrepreneurship.I directly mentored 6 branch managers and simultaneously ran a branch of my own. My team sold and produced $240,000 in revenue within 7 months.My division won Division of the Year for the size and profitability of the entrepreneurs on our team.

I ran a house-painting business in Hilliard, Ohio. I was solely responsible for all marketing, sales, hiring, management, and production for my branch.I hired, trained, and managed a team of 4 part-time marketers. I coached them on door-to-door sales. I also hired, trained, and managed a team of 6 full-time painters, and effectively delegated the production of my contracts to them.I grew company revenue by $60,000 within 7 months.
