Past responsiblity for providing complex, strategic, industrial relations advice to the Executive Management Committee and Board of a top 200 ASX listed corporation.Lead negotiator for numerous union enterprise agreements that cover project and ancillary work undertaken in the building and construction industry, particularly in the southern states of VIC, NSW, SA & TAS.Lead advocate in various proceedings before the Fair Work Commission and its predecessor bodies, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, the Australian Human Rights Commission and the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission.Established relationships with key stakeholders in the building and construction industry including union organisations (ETU, AMWU, CFMEU & AWU), Industry Disputes Boards (VIC), Fair Work Commission, Fair Work Ombudsman and the Australian Building & Construction Commission. Significant subject matter expertise in the areas of statutory interpretation, regulatory compliance, industrial dispute & employee grievance case management, workplace investigations, conciliation, mediation, enterprise agreement negotiations, unfair dismissal & general protection claims, advocacy, case preparation and report writing.
