After two years at UXC Eclipse (DXC), I was presented with the opportunity to take on the challenge of Product Manager for our enterprise student management system.Duties and Responsibilities:- Defining the product vision, strategy and roadmap.- Development and prioritisation of product features, enhancements and capabilities.- Facilitated product demos and monthly updates to customers.- Managed revenue and profitability goals of the product, as well as forecasting.- Recruit and mentor a successful team of technical experts.- Manage the backlog and meet all contractual requirements related to SLAs/KPIs of the product.- Work with external third parties to develop strategic partnerships.Key Achievements:- More than tripled the product development team size. - Earned trust and confidence in the product and team from a critical customer, moving from annual renewals to multi-year, extendable contracts.- Maintained a high level of customer and user satisfaction with the product while maintaining a respectable profit margin.
