Reporting to and advising the CTO, my role is to lead the engineering department providing technical leadership to all aspects of the execution of product architecture, design, development and delivery. This includes Sudo Platform and MySudo products.I work directly with software teams and head a team of Engineering Managers that span all initiatives of the company in a mission to devise innovative solutions to tough problems that have real-world impact. Furthermore, I work with closely with other department heads to ensure that engineering concerns are represented in the disciplines of Support, Product, Design, Marketing & Sales.Another important aspect of my role is the effective management of people. Understanding individuals, their motivation and overseeing their growth as engineers is as important as a deep technical understanding in delivering product to market. Balancing business drivers with team cohesion, capacity and productivity is a complex task, but finding the right approach and communicating it clearly is vital.

As a Senior Engineering Manager, my role is to oversee the development of Anonyome Services that back all applications that the company offers and the management of a team of Application Engineering Managers. This role brings together oversight of all engineering aspects of the development of Anonyome application products and the services that back them.

Reporting directly to the CTO, as a Senior Solutions Architect at Anonyome Labs I am responsible for capturing and documenting a holistic view of the company’s technological capabilities. The role involves designing innovative solutions for high profile clients. This involves close, on-site work with the clients’ program managers, product mangers, architects, user interaction designers, and software engineers to develop custom product offerings and improve existing ones.

As an Engineering Manager, my role is to oversee the development of Anonyome Services that back all applications that the company offers. I directly manage the development, release and maintenance of all Anonyome Services.

As a Senior Software engineer, I enjoy exposure to a number of services throughout the Anonyome Service stack. My primary responsibility is the from-scratch architecture, design, development, testing and maintenance of the email subsystem, while collaborating with my larger team to ensure that it integrates correctly with other parallel efforts. I am also tasked with research spikes and proof of concepts into functionality that has a place in a longer roadmap.
