Responsible for a department 3.5 million dollars budget. Work and assist the collection (water/wastewater) team in emergency situations and support technical support/maintenance for the water department. Work with operations personnel in the process of keeping compliance equipment/instruments maintained and working as designed to meet all codes, standards and regulations established by governing bodies. Work with procurement to establish contracts in a timely manner, including on-time payment of invoices. Establish and work with teams in the selection process of potential contractors. Responsible for Public Utilities, Collections division (over1,600 miles of wastewater infrastructure pipe) Public Works, Parks and Recreation, planning and budgetpreparation. Manage/coordinate projects with over 150 employee based personnel. Served on analyticalteam to enhance efficient operational systems, manage division budget (23mil), time management, andquality of work, customer service, team professionalism and team building. Coordinate alladministrative/technical responsibilities (pumping stations) to obtain optimum production and efficiencyin the reclaim water system, delivering over 15 million gallons of reclaim water per day to citycustomers.

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the city infrastructure, including but not limited to 242 pump stations, 60mgd membrane water plant, 52 water wells, 20mgd waste water plant, 20mgd water plant and their collection system. Implemented a new CMMS and RCM system where-by increasing efficiency, production and a structured asset management. Maintain excellent communication skills and budget management, which is in-line with the department scorecard requirements, including great networking skills.
