A new role created within Wincanton’s General Haulage division, this role was implemented to develop how Wincanton maximises its transport operations function to increase efficiency and provide greater flexibility for its diverse range of customers, whilst ensuring health, safety and legal compliance are maintained at the forefront of the operation.

Manage the performance and compliance of the 100+ independent shareholding member depots. Leading a team of Network Service Managers to ensure the service offered to customers continues to improve.

Manage Rhys Davies' Birmingham and Andover depot operations - a team of over 90 people. The operations had over 25 trucks and a 90,000sq ft waerehouse offering total and value-added logistics solutions to a wide variety of customers

Manage Palletway's own Birmingham and Coventry depots. Running 20 trucks and around thirty members of staff as part of the Palletways network. The role required managing and developing customers and the logistics to match their needs
