Droughtmaster Australia is a not-for-profit organisation that has over 720 members spread across Australia and around 35,000 registered females.Initiated and implemented The Road Ahead Strategic Plan 2020-2022 to unify the Board and the membership on the transformation of the business which resulted in revenue growth in registrations and membership by 29% and 18% respectively along with increasing retained cash five-fold.Recognised as an ABA100 winner for Business Transformation in the Australian Business Awards in 2023. Arrow Energy is an incorporated joint venture between Shell and PetroChina (50/50), with a history in Queensland operating gas and power assets.Led the negotiations for a complex Heads of Agreement (HoA) for collaboration opportunities with other CSG participants to treat CSG water which resulted in construction savings to Arrow of approximately $100m. This HoA covered off-take agreements for supply of treated water to SunWater, Local Councils and Local farmers/irrigators in the Surat Basin.Secured land and development rights to construct and operate $1b of infrastructure on Curtis Island for Arrow’s $30b LNG Project.Successfully negotiated and secured long term land and development rights for Arrow’s LNG Jetty, passenger launch sites, marine offloading facilities and sharing arrangements which required government relations and stakeholder management.Managed large teams with representatives from legal, finance, environment, insurance, tax and engineering to enter into contractual agreements for the development of the LNG project. Involved in the initial development of the corporate financial model which underpinned Arrow’s funding strategy for its LNG project. Had significant interaction and coordination with investment banks and Arrow’s LNG project team.Deal lead for the divestments of non-core assets in Arrow’s portfolio which included pipeline and drilling assets along with non-core acreage.
