I have demonstrated my ability to lead transformational change which is aligned to the vision and strategies of the organisation. I am passionate about understanding client behaviours and translating this into valuable strategies, products or services for the community. I also excel at managing high performing teams, especially of designers and other change specialists. My style is less conventional, forward thinking, entrepreneurial and innovative. I think of things in the wider picture, how our strategies fit within the organisation, whole of government and Australian community.
