I am a chartered building surveyor and head-up the Commercial Team at Ingleton Wood LLP.I joined Ingleton Wood in 2013 to establish a commercial building surveying team in our Billericay office. Since inception, the team has grown strongly and I was appointed a Partner of the Practice in 2018. I now have a practice-wide role to develop and grow the commercial side of our business.I have significant experience in both professional and project consultancy. Advising commercial investors, occupiers and developers on a variety of matters, providing services such as dilapidations, building surveys, neighbourly matters and building pathology. Further to this, I have led multimillion pound refurbishment, extension and new build projects through a variety of procurement routes.I aim to provide a diligent, detailed and knowledgeable professional service to all clients on a wide variety of matters in respect of their property assets.Selected experience includes:- Landlord and Tenant services including dilapidations assessments, lease end strategies, schedule preparation and negotiations. Experience analysing and advising on conditional break clauses as well as service charge obligations for both landlords and tenants.- Technical Due Diligence, purchasers and vendors surveys. - Neighbourly matters including works pursuant to the Party Wall etc Act 1996, access agreements and boundary disputes.- Project Consultancy including feasibility reports, design, specification and CA/EA for commercial and residential new build, remodelling, refurbishment and maintenance contracts up to £3m in value.- Building pathology and defect analysis. - Planned Preventative Maintenance Reports.- Development Monitoring.
