I joined MM (previously Cleanprint) in 1998 as a 2 Colour Printer. After training in 4 colour print, I was promoted in 2002 to a 4 colour printing press. I moved to the night shift and was made Factory Supervisor in 2005, and now have moved into the role of Continuous Improvement Lead. My current responsibilities include:• Process flow improvement• Collaborative development between Quality, CI and Health and Safety• Project planning • Machine relocation • Kaizen events• Asset care development and implementation• Yellow belt training and development• 5s audit training/application across site.• Manage & maintain Time and Attendance for production staff• Team management of multiple departments, including 1-2-1’s, team meetings & training requirements• Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels by ensuring customer deadlines are met whilstcomplying with regulatory standards and maintaining extremely high quality of output• Inspiring my team to work together to achieve shared goals and company-wide targets• Adhere to company’s quality procedures to meet customers’ quality requirements, while meetingregulatory standards and maintaining safety to achieve zero harm• Maintain industry regulatory standards by following procedures as in accordance with Quality Manual, ISO9001:2008, PS 9000:2011 and GMP and ISO 14001 procedures• Site Fire Marshall; follow evacuation procedure, liaise with the fire department and provide site plans,carry out roll calls and ensure factory is clear• Site First Aider; carry out first aid when needed, check and restock the first aid kits• Factory key holder; lock/unlock the factory and complete shutdown procedures• BSI internal Auditor
