In conjunction with my work at SIGGA Design I have been running an increasingly successful portrait painting business. I take commission for both nude and traditional portraits in a variety of media. These began over zoom during lockdown but I have since also been offering in-person sittings. The traditional portraits are primarily painted in oil on canvas, linen or wood, and the nude portraits are in graphite and watercolour on paper. I have had my portraits exhibited at The Royal Portrait Artists annual exhibition in London, the Royal Cambrian Academy of Art in North Wales and at Chester Cathedral among many others. I won first prize for a portrait at the Neath Open Art competition earlier this year and was recently elected an Associate Member of the Royal Cambrian Academy of Art.
