My life was transformed twice. On both occasions powerful questions were used and delivered with curiosity and a genuine interest. A potent combination.As a kid I had dreamt of being a PE teacher. Over time my desire for the job faded but the underlying motives for wanting the role became abundantly clear; trying to combine my passion for sports with a desire to develop others. Now, after more than 17 years of devouring knowledge, completing courses, gaining on-the-job experience, and enhancing my coaching skills I have established Winning Within - www.winningwithin.co.uk - a Management and Leadership Training Consultancy. I love to empower managers, leaders, and teams to live with a greater sense of self-awareness and increased fulfilment in their role to enable them to surpass their targets and achieve the extraordinary.My life experiences have taught me the importance of staring into ‘the accountability mirror’, having honest, non-judgemental conversations and being willing to accept responsibility. I have learnt that this is the best way to improve and move forward. I work with people in just the same way which has led to the formation of winning partnerships. My proven methods have resulted in amazing achievements, both within individuals and within teams. I am now able to use all of my experiences; as a Performance Coach of a World Cup winning team, as a trainer supporting middle managers through their perceived quagmire, through to coaching leaders of multinational organisations to see a greater vista by creating an environment for clearer thinking. During my career I’ve experienced how powerful questions shape self-awareness and create innovative solutions that lead to future success. I’ve personally developed over the last two decades to be in this position, supporting people to grow, develop and achieve the extraordinary, enabling more people to live fulfilled lives.
