I was responsible for the delivery of high impact executive, management and leadership training programmes across multiple business sectors and countries. Each bespoke intervention included various aspects such as executive coaching, facilitation, face-to-face and online training workshops. I was also accountable for programme strategy, creation and implementation whilst managing key client accounts.

I worked within a team of 3 to design, launch, and successfully establish a cricketing High Performance Centre (HPC) in Barbados to inspire all current and future cricketers to become world class: invloved a bottom up philosophy to develop all players and coaches across all areas of performance psychology. Working closely with the respective Head Coaches of all West Indies’ teams’ led to the development of team members and aligned squad methodology. Responsible for preparation, along with Head Coaches, of all tournaments and tours for the 1st, A, U19, Ladies and HPC teams. Toured with various teams throughout the world spending several weeks with teams at the beginning of their respective World Cups as a Performance Coach and/or Team Manager. Planned, designed and delivered lifestyle skills’ courses and a six month psychology programme to build mental toughness and resultant team unity. Tasked with improving communication styles to accommodate all multi-cultural, educationally and socially diverse players with the goal being player/coach empowerment. Supported WICB head office staff with L & D programmes.Achievements • Facilitated a team building training day for the 1st team and established a team goal and a “team code” of conduct to increase the probability of 2010 World Cup success: these rules became standard practice across all West Indies squads: this coaching success led directly to Men 2012 World Cup Champions (first win in 33 years); ICC cricket challenge ladies 2010 champions and 2013 World Cup finalist.• Achieved major success developing players over a 3 year period: 14 of 32 emerging players were promoted to the 1st team.• Successfully introduced and co-delivered coach development courses, utlising the skills of external experts, designed to improve the ability of coaches working at both grass root and national level cricket.• Introduced psycho-physiology to the WICB to manage stress and improve the ability to think clearly.

Held a UK-wide role supplying training and development to 150 car dealerships as well as all head office and field colleagues. I created and delivered a broad range of training and HR related materials tailored to address all behavioural and procedural challenges using the awareness of and the application of emotional intelligence:involved 1-1 and team support for all field-based and branch-based personnel to enable them to best coach all customer-facing teams. Used strong business focus and a consultative approach to create and deliver experiential training interventions resulting in real behavioural change, improved employee and customer satisfaction with bottom line returns. Responsible for delivering Train the Trainer courses to international colleagues from 4 large trading nation states. Trained, coached and developed all staff with customer-facing roles: applied various bespoke methods, via course training and the use of psychological and motivational tools. These engendered the best practice tools to allow all colleagues to grow and maintain the business as a result of efficient customer management.
