As an Executive leader with over ten years of experience at the Board level of a top-25 University with 18,000 students and £220m income, I combine a clear focus on strategic direction with excellent people skills. I have built and led high-performing teams through high expectations and empathy; I inspire others through authenticity, values-led integrity and data transparency, underpinned by a strategic focus on digitalisation. My approach has delivered enterprise-level positive outcomes and embedded organisational culture change, thereby growing both quality and quantity. Externally, as Chair of the Executive Management Group of Midlands Innovation from 2022-23, I have helped grow the regional collaboration of Universities in the West Midlands. I am also proud to support the development of Aberystwyth University as a Trustee and independent member of its Council.
