Represented Polen’s Large Company Growth strategies (U.S. and Global equity) outside the U.S. Worked alongside Distribution and Portfolio Management to grow and defend assets and position strategies according to market and client type. Significant exposure to institutional and advisory clients, prospects and consultants in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia. Additionally represented Leveraged Credit, European Private Credit, Small Company and EM strategies on an ad hoc basis.

Led team of 13 client service professionals with responsibility for $100bn of institutional and sub-advised assets across a wide array of global fixed income strategies - IG, HY, Multi-asset, EMD, Securitised and LDI. Close collaboration with sales teams and portfolio managers to onboard, strengthen client relationships, defend assets and cross-sell.

Managing Director, Global Equity (2017 - 2019):Member of the Global Equity Team. Responsible for external promotion of the Team’s strategies, predominantly within EMEA and Asia, to a broad range of institutional investors and advisers.Head of Product & Client Service (2013 - 17):Managed the Product Specialist Team and assumed responsibility for product development and strategy market-readiness. Serviced the R.o.W. client book. Represented RBC’s London-managed European, Emerging Market and Global Equity offerings alongside Global Fixed Income and local support for US Small and Mid Cap Equity.

Responsible for all business development and client service for the Firm’s substantial UK and RoI client book across multiple fixed income strategies. Worked with a wide spectrum of investors including public and private DB schemes, insurance companies, multi-managers, sub-advisers and banks as well as the major global and local consultants. Managed a team of 4 senior Relationship Managers. Significant assets raised and retained.
