Our team were the active force behind a number of sell side transactions to leading Swiss groups such as REFCO, Kaba Holdings (SIX: KABN) & Temenos (SIX: TEMN), Hapimag AG (a global holiday park group) as well as other high profile buyers. As a consequence the group launched a full-sell side business unit, working with mid-size groups throughout Switzerland looking to identify strategic acquirers.
