I currently manage all aspects of an entertainment consulting firm, including client relationships, administrative tasks, and vendor relationships. I pre-screen online audition reels and complete recruitment campaigns for event staff. I plan programs, promotions, and entertainment presentations. I hold responsibility for providing full scale shows with writers, directors, choreographers, and musical directors. I plan and execute large-scale productions as needed. I previously oversaw all staff and service and ensured guidelines were met. I followed and enforced all facility policies and procedures including safety, hazards, and compliance. I continually provided training to ensure great shows and entertainment. I effectively investigated and resolved all issues. I developed and maintained the production budget and managed a payroll budget of upwards of $400K weekly. I organized large-scale recruitment events within four major countries. I led all aspects of the audition process including advertising, scheduling, and auditioning. I communicated with agents and casting directors to negotiate performer contracts and salaries.
