CurrentLead the Operations Planning and Access team to ensure the provision of effective, efficient, and quality services while continuously influencing, building and contributing to a positive team culture• Proactively build and maintain effective relationships, working constructively and providing advice and guidance to relevant stakeholders• Lead and manage the provision of operations engineering support and efficient outage coordination services• Manage the provision of effective engineering advice for management of new and existing non-regulated customer connections• Power system security risks and market impact assessments• Network capacity and capability analysis• Planning for large scale system events including automatic under frequency load shedding (UFLS), manual load shedding and system restart activities • Development and publishing of the strategic operational philosophy guidelines and standards
