• Customer service – Handle all issues raised by different departments, QC, RD, and Purchase Dept.
• Direct new products from new suppliers to existing customers, such as Mg(OH)2 from UBE(Japan), Sphere Alumina from Micron(Japan), etc.

• Modify and improve Polyester series products. Pilot run 500kg – 2MT samples for customer’s trial order.
