Currently I am working as a Contact Strategy Execution Analyst. I have over 13 years’ experience working for Santander. I am an articulate, hardworking and skilled Relationship Manager to all levels of customers up to and including Senior Leaders and Directors. Highly motivated and hardworking with experience in an analytical and reporting environment along with facilitating the resolution of both major and minor incidents and risks. I am looking for a challenging and progressive role.I am conversant with, and have work experience of EMS, Qlikview, Remedy, OCM Management, Configuration Management, CC-Pulse, SQL coding, Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, graphs) and Microsoft PowerPoint. I demonstrate a high level of Communication and Customer Service and have an attention to detail in all areas of work that I undertake, and I am an excellent Team Player as well as having the ability to work well on my own.
