• Managing the operational delivery of MoD security contracts in accordance with MoD and site policies, rules and guidance. Key Responsibilities
• Day-to-day operational management of the security contract ensuring physical assets are functional and personnel are safe in carrying out their duty tasks
• Maintaining the risk and asset registers and the lessons learned log, producing associated reports to hierarchy and advising on impacts of proposed changes to the business unit
• Participating in service compliance meetings with regional management to ensure delivery of service standards and to share best practice ideas across the organisation
• Auditing internal processes, equipment and personnel to fulfil customer requirements
• Regularly communicating with stakeholders including IT migration meetings, equipment status briefings and user account controls

• Operational support of 10 contracted services including Combined Air Terminal Operations, vehicle fleet management, base support and defence procurement.Key Responsibilities
