As a project manager with Wavelength my role was to work with stakeholders from both the public and private sector to initiate, plan, execute, and close over 150 projects and learning programmes. The nature of these projects were wide ranging: from public awareness campaigns driving social change; to programmes supporting organisational change; to the development of highly specialised technical training and everything in between. The successful delivery of these projects was achieved through bringing together and leveraging the skills of multi-disciplinary teams of professionals uniquely suited to each project's specific requirements.

Key responsibilities included: Client and stakeholder management; condition assessments; scope development; business case development; procurement and management of consultants and contractors; facilitation of stakeholder meetings; financial management and control; risk management; meticulous record keeping; obtaining local government sign off.
