Successfully led four major transformation programs, delivering integrated corporate services across HR, Finance & Procurement, IT, Risk & Governance, Capital Infrastructure, Student Services, Marketing, and General Administration.Managed large cross-functional teams, including 10 direct reports overseeing 130 professional services staff, supporting 350 academic staff, and over 1,000 contractors and affiliates. Creation and management of student development program for Saudi nationals in UK institutions incorporating English language training and cultural awareness.
