Achieved a high success rate with services being available 99% of the time.• Prepared engineers for Senior Leadership and Development courses by giving presentations, organising additional tuition and tailoring goals; in the outcome all those attending the courses achieved a 100% pass rate.• Enthused and prepared a team to work at pace, managing multiple tasks simultaneously on operations abroad and in the UK, particularly during high tempo and dangerous occasions keeping within time constraints and making sound decisions under pressure. This required a confidential approach using tact and diplomacy resulting in outstanding care being provided to vulnerable trainees.• Delivered clear, confident, and passionate presentations to circa 200 trainees every month on a range of subjects related to their training.
